We are crossing the pond!

It is perhaps no surprise that we have international ambitions, given the opening of our offices in Antwerp and Berlin and Worldline's investment. For our next step, our sights are set on the United Kingdom. Despite the Brexit, we see great opportunities for further expansion. A good example of this is our partnership with Gumtree, the largest marketplace in the United Kingdom.

The UK market is very interesting for Online Payment Platform. Both in terms of the rapidly growing number of platforms, as well as the trading volume and investments made in platforms. The fact that we are going live with an innovative solution with the largest marketplace from the start, gives great confidence that we will also be successful overseas.

Local office

Our support department is already set up to support customers in England as well. Now that our solution is live at Gumtree, we are taking the next steps to open an office locally. An interesting process in which Brexit poses an additional challenge. The rules of the game may have changed, but will certainly not hold us back. The first great business case with Gumtree with the first C2C payment in the car category shows what we are capable of!

We are looking forward to serving other marketplaces and platforms out there with our smart solutions as well.
